Meet the great minds that are the brothers Green. John Michael Green was born on the 24th of August in Indianapolis,Indiana. He is an American author and Youtuber. He moved from place to place,but his hometown of Indianapolis was his main inspiration for his books' plot settings. Being mocked as a highschool teenager and surrounded by sick children in a hospital where he worked,was his main inspiration for becoming an author. Later he published a lot of books such as "The Fault in Our Stars","Looking for Alaska","Paper Townds","Turtle All the Way Down","An Abundance of Katherines","Let it Snow" and many more. "Looking for Alaska was his debut novel for which he won the Printz Award. Later,he published "The Fault in Our Stars" which made him a New York Times Bestselling author and The Time magazine listed him as one of the most influential people in the world in 2015. "The Fault in Our Stars" got its film adaptation in 2014,"Paper Towns" continued with one too in 2015. "Looking for Alaska" will be a TV Show series on Hulu by the end of this year. While being a writer,he is a Youtuber also. Crash Course is a science channel where John teaches social studies and English and Hank science courses. They are proud owners of another Youtube channel called Vlog Brothers where the main focus is on politics,their personal lives,struggles and interesting nerd facts. He is also a frontamn for the Youtube channel "Mental Floss",a film producer, a podcast with his brother called "Dear Hank & John" and a solo podcast called "Anthropocene Reviewed". He has been honest about his OCD and mental illnesses. Now he is living in Indianapolis with his wife whom he married in 2006. William Henry Green ("Hank") was born on May 5th 1980 in Birmingham,Alabama. Opposed to his brother,he is more of a science guy and earned his Master of Science on the University of Montana. He is video blogger,internet producer,musician,author and entrepreneur. Widely known for his Youtube channels Vlog Brothers,Sci Show and Crash Course. Co-founder of Vidcon (the world's largest conference for videos online),co-creator of The Lizzie Bennet stories,founder of the EcoGeek blog and co-founder of DFTBA records. Diving into new worlds,he published his debut novel in 2018 called "An Absolutely Remarkable Thing" which was elected one of Goodreads best books in 2018. Apart from SciShow and Crashcourse,his projects include: Project for Awesome (annual charity project where Youtuber promote charities and their work annualy on December 17-18th),Mental Floss (co-host of this Youtube channel with his brother John),"How to Adult and Animal Wonders" (a web series hosted by him),"Cereal time" (a daily morning show),"Holy Fucking Science" (a science podcast "with enthusiasm of a gaming channel"),"Dear Hank & John" (podcast) and "DELETE THIS" (a podcast shared with his wife).
